====== Indian tea recipe ======

For 1 cup of tea you'll need:
  * 2/3 cup of water
  * 1/3 cup milk (ideally high-fat)
  * 1/2 teaspoon tea leaves (ideally black Assam tea, CTC blend, can be bought [[http://www.cajovna-sklenenka.com/|here]])
  * 1 tablespoon sugar (according to taste)
  * some freshly ground ginger
  * couple cardamom seeds (optional)

Boil the water with ginger and cardamom seeds. Add tea leaves and then sugar. After a minute of boiling add milk and keep heated. Strain the tea leaves and spices, drink & enjoy India :-}.
